This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and PoligonVR Plugin Manager ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our") for the PoligonVR Plugin Manager software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

The Software is licensed, not sold. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Licensor and its licensors.
PoligonVR Plugin Manager is provided free of charge. However, certain plugins available through the Software may require payment or subscription. The terms for such plugins are governed by separate agreements.
Licensor may provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the Software. This Agreement will govern any such updates, upgrades, or modifications unless they are accompanied by a separate license agreement.
You are not obligated to install updates, but some features may require the latest version of the Software to function properly.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
The Software may include third-party software components that are subject to separate license terms. Such components are identified in the documentation or within the Software itself. Your use of such components is governed by their respective license agreements.
You may not export or re-export the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You agree to comply with all export and import laws and restrictions of the jurisdiction in which you use the Software.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations, and warranties.
